Shield Waterproofing & Preservation Ltd are looking for an Experienced Preservation Surveyor. Travel throughout the Areas will be required.
Location: Oxford, Reading & Northampton areas.
Salary: Competitive Salary with Bonus Scheme

The role of Preservation Sales Surveyor will include:
- Surveying of Domestic and commercial properties.
- Regular contact with clients.
- Commercial Development of your area is a large part of the role.
- Selling the correct solution to the customer/client’s issues using the correct products and services.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Must hold either CSRT or CSTDB and/or CSSW qualifications.
- Experience in Timber and Damp, Waterproofing and/or Property Surveying capabilities.
- Good knowledge of Building Construction
- A sales and development background, preferably in a similar product area
- Good communication skills.
- Good IT skills and be able to use TurboCad.
- Good at liaising with internal and external customers/clients on technical and H&S issues.
