Shield Waterproofing and Preservation Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Social Housing Technician to join our growing team covering Cheshire East & surrounding areas.
This role involves carrying out property maintenance and remedial works within occupied and void social housing properties.
Location: London Office in Watford
Salary: Competitive Salary
Term: Permanent, Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Kitchen & bathroom works
- Plastering, plumbing, joinery & decorating
- Completing works safely and to a high standard
- Following health & safety procedures
- Identifying and reporting additional repairs
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas
- Protecting residents’ homes and belongings
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work within occupied properties professionally

Reporting to our Office manager.
