We’re currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Waterproofing & Preservation Technician to work across the West Midlands, London, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time role for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and is ready for a new challenge in the property preservation industry.
What does the job involve?
The role includes a variety of hands-on work such as:

Damp proofing, timber treatments, and waterproofing
-
Plastering (dot & dab, render & skim, multi-coat systems)

Joinery (1st & 2nd fix preferred)
-
Client interaction and maintaining professional work standards on site
Who are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ll have experience in the construction or preservation industry, a full UK driving licence, and solid communication skills. A CSCS card is an advantage, but not essential.
