This job was no exception and saw us come up with the right solution to this failed podium deck in Barnet. The original waterproofing had been punctured in several places and the drainage was inadequate as it allowed rain water to build up over 200mm before draining.
We excavated all back to the deck and the original self adhesive sheet membrane. After carrying out our surface prep works the Prokol liquid system was then applied to the deck and retuned up the walls. For added peace of mind we also had a leak detection spark test carried to check for the correct thickness being applied. New insulation has now been installed prior to the new screed going down and new Aco drainage.
A fantastic solution for the client who has been very happy with the work that has been carried out so far !!
